Huntington recorded 12 property transfers between Aug. 14 and Sept. 12, but only four listed a sale price, from $13,000 to $400,000, with a reported median of $92,361. The period's top recorded sale was 11 Tucker Road at $400,000, sold to BankESB. Eight of the 12 transfers, two-thirds, carried no price recorded yet, and several named banks, mortgage servicers or credit unions as buyer or seller. Tucker Road and Pond Brook Road each recorded two transfers. The data shows a mix of conventional sales, lender-related filings and at least one within-family transfer, with no single pattern dominating the period.
