The Hampshire County Registry of Deeds recorded 11 property transfers in Huntington between Aug. 21 and Sept. 19. Only two carry a recorded sale price so far: $68,723 for 18 E Main St and $275,132 for 69 Worthington Rd, the period's top recorded sale. The median across all 11 recorded entries is $171,927. Several other entries reflect homestead declarations, a mortgage modification agreement, or bank-to-bank and bank-to-trust transfers rather than traditional sales.
