Huntington deed activity light on disclosed prices as bank and trustee transfers dominate August recordings
Huntington recorded 15 property transfers between Aug. 7 and Sept. 5, but only four listed a sale price, ranging from $13,000 to $400,000 with a median of $92,361 among disclosed sales. The month's top recorded sale was 11 Tucker Rd at $400,000, sold by Shelley Duda Anderson and David J. Anderson Jr. to BankESB. Tucker Road saw two separate transfers, the only street with more than one recorded deed this period. With most records lacking a sale price, and several involving banks, mortgage servicers or the Town of Huntington itself, the data does not support a clear read on overall market direction this month.
