Huntington Home Sales Range From $13,000 To $400,000 In August
Fifteen property transfers were recorded in Huntington from July 31 to Aug. 29, per Hampshire County Registry of Deeds records, but only four listed a sale price. Those four ranged from $13,000 to $400,000, with a median of $125,250. The month's largest disclosed sale was $400,000 for 11 Tucker Rd, sold by Anderson Shelley Duda and Anderson David J. Jr. to BankESB. Seven of the 15 records involved a bank, mortgage servicer or credit union, and the Town of Huntington appeared as a party in three transfers. With price data for just a quarter of transactions, the dataset does not support a broader read on market tone.
