Those four ranged from $13,000 to $400,000, with a median of $125,250. The month's largest recorded sale was $400,000 for 11 Tucker Rd, sold by Anderson Shelley Duda and Anderson David J. Jr. to BankESB. Seven of the 15 records involved a bank, mortgage servicer or credit union, and the Town of Huntington appeared as a party in three transfers. With price data for just a quarter of transactions, the dataset does not support a broader read on market tone.
