Two Disclosed Sales Anchor Quiet Late-Summer Deed Activity in Huntington
Huntington recorded eight deed transactions between July 10 and Aug. 8, but only two disclosed a sale price: $50,000 for 25 Basket St. (Tomaz H. Oliveira and Katelyn M. Jeffers to Sandra L. Dunn) and $14,192 for 39 Harlow Clark Rd. (Peter W. Jasinski to Urban Development), yielding a median of $32,096 between them. The remaining six recordings, including estate tax lien releases, homestead declarations and transfers involving Westfield Bank and Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems Inc., carried no disclosed price. Worthington Road saw two separate transfers. With most consideration amounts undisclosed, the data does not support a read on overall market direction this period.
