Two of seven Huntington deeds carry disclosed prices, capping at $50,000
Huntington recorded seven property deeds between July 17 and Aug. 15, but only two disclosed a sale price: $14,192 for 39 Harlow Clark Rd. and $50,000 for 25 Basket St., the period's top sale. The reported median among disclosed prices was $32,096. The other five deeds, including two estate tax lien releases tied to the same seller, two homestead declarations and a transfer from an LLC to Westfield Bank, did not include pricing. With price data available for less than a third of recorded transactions, the deeds do not support a broader read on market direction this period.
